- 100ml heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually adding granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe the meringue into small circles and bake for 90 minutes. Let them cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix chestnut purée with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble by placing a meringue base, topping with chestnut purée, and finishing with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
